Wish List... we need donations to make this a success

The carnival is almost upon us and there are quite a few items we still need. Below is a complete list of what is needed. Thank you for your time and generosity - this is for our children and community.

• Approximately 125 Cakes of any variety. If you can bake or can get cakes donated from your grocery store that would be great! Also cupcakes and cookies in separate baggies would be great for the children to pick something they could eat right away. Please contact Laurie Geston at laurie@acumendesign.com or 713.621.3044 and let her know what you can bring.
• One or two "party" type tents that we can setup and use to serve food. Food must be covered. Approximately 20' x20' would be great!
• Small "popup" free standing canopies. We need several to cover some of the games, help keep the kids and staff more comfortable on a hot day.
• 12-16 inexpensive ponchos for Castle Water War game.
• Name brand soda (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, Diet Dr. Pepper, Fanta, Root Beer, Tea, etc.) and water bottles - lots of water bottles. A case or two really helps.
• Gas generators for power. The temporary buildings used to supply our power. They are gone now, so we need some power.
• Prizes for the kids (Sorry, no MacDonalds toys, the kids just don't want them).
• Beef hot dogs and buns
• Cash - yes, cash. You can give cash to help buy any of these items.

Also if anyone has or knows of a company that would like to sponsor a specific booth, please let me know. The company would have their name displayed prominently at the booth they chose.
